Location: HSL Chairs, Batley
Salary: £13.00 – £21.00 per hour (depending on experience and skillset)
Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday to Thursday)
Shifts: 6:00am–4:15pm or 7:00am–5:15pm
Fridays off – enjoy a long weekend, every week!

General Duties

• Upholster furniture to a high standard, no cutting corners, just perfect corners
• Maintain excellent quality in line with company standards
• Meet agreed production targets in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures
• Support overtime when required (with plenty of notice)
• Keep workstations clean, tidy, and safe

 Specific Requirements

• Experience in upholstery within a fast-paced environment (chairs preferred)
• Ability to adapt and respond to training on new products
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
